FAQs

  • Training is billed monthly based on your chosen package (once or twice per week). Payment is due at the start of each month to reserve your session times.

  • No problem! Just let me know at least 24 hours in advance and we’ll reschedule or adjust your program for that week.

    If you miss a session without notice, you’ll still receive a personalized workout you can do on your own—so you can stay on track even when life happens.

  • All training sessions are held at CrossFit 7x7 in the Presidio — a beautiful, fully equipped space, walking distance to views of the Golden Gate Bridge.
